Audrey Spina is currently a senior at Wheaton College (MA), who is double majoring in Art History (concentration: Museum Studies) and English. Her diverse and multifaceted interests include the visual arts, education, digital humanities, museum studies, cultural heritage, and modern literature. She has worked in visitor services, museum education, outreach programming, development, communications, permanent and archival collections, and has conducted research abroad in Rome, Italy. She intends on having a career in the arts/non-profit/museum field upon graduation in May 2017.
At Wheaton, she is a curatorial intern in the college’s permanent collection, the research assistant to Wheaton’s medievalist art historian, Dr. Evelyn Staudinger, and the art history peer mentor and tutor. She also serves as a board member of Student Art League and the Wheaton Institute for the Interdisciplinary Humanities.
